To make sparkling water using the FizzFlow follow these steps: 

1. Fill the bottle - Add your chosen clear liquid up to the fill line. Chilled water (2 - 8°C) carbonates best
   
   

2. Insert the CO₂ charger - Twist open the upper slot of the machine head, insert one Azuna CO₂ charger into the compartment on the bottle head until it clicks securely and twist it back to close it
   
   

3. Twist onto the bottle head - Hold the bottom part of the machine head, with a firm grip on the bottle and twist the machine head clockwise until fully tightened
   
   

4. Carbonate - CO₂ releases automatically in a few seconds. Do not shake or knock the bottle; wait for the fizz release or hissing sound to stop
   
   

5. Shake gently for 5 seconds - to distribute the CO₂ evenly through the liquid
   
   

6. Remove the used cartridge - Unscrew the bottle head, then remove and recycle the punctured charger. Do not reuse
   
   

7. Pour & enjoy - Add a garnish, or add the fizz to the beverage of your choice
   
   

8. Save the fizz - Seal with the sports cap to preserve carbonation. Best enjoyed within a few hours
