Scope & Acceptance: 

These Terms govern your access to azuna.in and your purchases of Azuna products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, our Return & Replacement Policy, and all applicable Indian laws.

Eligibility & Accounts:

  • You must be 18+ and legally capable of contracting under Indian law.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or licensed.

Product Information, Pricing & Taxes: 

  • We aim for accuracy, but minor variations may occur; colours/appearance may differ by screen or device.
  • Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes; a GST invoice is provided.
  • We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders with a full refund.

Orders, Acceptance & Risk:

  • An order confirmation acknowledges receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs on invoicing/dispatch.
  • We may refuse or limit order quantities at our discretion.
  • Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Please retain packaging and documents for returns/warranty claims.

Payments:

  • Payments are processed securely via our approved payment gateway.
  • By paying, you authorise the processor to debit your chosen payment method.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or, at your preference, an E-voucher, as set out in our Return & Replacement Policy.

Delivery & Delays:

  • Delivery timelines stated on the site or in our Shipping Policy are indicative.
  • We are not liable for courier disruptions, customs delays, or force majeure events.
  • Your remedy for a significant delay is cancellation with a full refund before delivery.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations: 

Governed in full by our Return & Replacement Policy. Manufacturing defect, damage-in-transit, or wrong-item issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If a replacement is unavailable, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method or, at your preference, an E-voucher redeemable on www.azuna.in.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund to your original payment method at any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and the standard return policy above applies instead.

Warranty & Service:

Products carry a brand/manufacturer warranty as specified on the product page and warranty card included in the box. Service is available through authorised centres only. Misuse, tampering, unauthorised repairs, or use inconsistent with the product manual voids the warranty.

Product Use & Safety:

Some Azuna products involve specific handling requirements:

  • CO₂ cartridges (Fizzflow): Use only genuine, food-grade cartridges as specified in the product manual. Misuse, tampering, or use of non-compliant cartridges is at your own risk and voids warranty coverage.
  • Compression and wellness devices (Presso): Intended for general comfort and relaxation use as described on the product page. These products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Consult a physician before use if you have a relevant health condition.

Prohibited Conduct:

You must not engage in unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activity, including but not limited to:

  • Spamming, phishing, or scraping the site
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to hack the site
  • Uploading viruses or malware
  • Infringing our or any third party's intellectual property
  • Harassing or abusive behaviour toward our team or other users
  • 11. Intellectual Property

All site content — logos, graphics, text, designs, and product imagery — is owned by Aster Ventures or its licensors. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited.

Our Relationship with Shopify:

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure. Sales are directly between you and Aster Ventures — Shopify is not responsible for our products, sales, or liabilities. Certain personal data is shared with Shopify as described in our Privacy Policy.

Optional Tools & Third-Party Links:

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party sites. These are provided "as is" and at your own risk; we are not responsible for third-party content, services, or transactions.

Feedback & Reviews:

By submitting reviews, suggestions, or feedback, you grant Aster Ventures a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content.

Errors & Omissions:

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — including pricing and availability — at any time without prior notice, even after you place an order.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aster Ventures excludes indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Products are provided "as is" except as expressly warranted in Section 8.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aster Ventures, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site or products, or violation of law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

Governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. We may offer amicable resolution or mediation/arbitration before litigation.

Termination:

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. Provisions relating to IP, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Changes:

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.

Severability & Entire Agreement:

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. These Terms, together with our referenced policies, form the entire agreement between you and Aster Ventures.
