Order Processing & Timelines:
- We currently ship within India. Standard dispatch is in 48–72 hours for regular orders; delivery in 2–7 business days depending on destination and courier serviceability.

Shipping Fees & Free Delivery:
Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout. Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be communicated on the product page or cart.
Tracking & Delivery:
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address — multiple failed delivery attempts or Return to Origin (RTO) may result in a re-delivery fee.
Parcel undelivered:
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated missed delivery attempts, we may deduct the return shipping cost from any refund or require payment for an additional shipping fee to re-dispatch the order.
Damaged in Transit:
If you notice damage on delivery, refuse the package or inform us within 24 hours with photos and the unboxing video. We’ll arrange a resolution as per the Refund & Return Policy.
